Where can I began…….. from the moment I answered the phone and spoke with Jack I felt assured that my home was in the best hands. He spoke confidently about his staff and their abilities. I was updated periodically throughout the appointment with pictures and descriptions of needed work. They went beyond the call of duty in this one.
This was my brand new first time Brooklyn apartment, and COVID practices were used by both WENDY and JACK (Agent ). This included mask, gloves, and booties. They came prepared to do work….. and that they did. I have never been so happy and pleased with the results.
