Project Overview
Following extensive electrical repairs throughout this residential property, multiple ceiling openings were created to provide access for new wiring installation. Although protective barriers were used during construction, fine dust migrated beyond the immediate work areas and settled throughout the home.
Post Green Cleaning was brought in to perform a comprehensive HEPA cleaning service designed to remove construction-related dust from surfaces, furnishings, and living spaces. Our objective was to restore indoor cleanliness, improve air quality, and prepare the home for safe occupancy following the repair work.
Scope Of Work
This project required a detailed post-repair cleaning process due to the amount of dust generated while opening ceilings and running new electrical systems throughout the home. Our technicians utilized HEPA-filtered vacuum equipment, industrial air scrubbers, and detailed surface cleaning methods to address contamination throughout the affected areas.
Because airborne dust can travel through multiple rooms and settle in difficult-to-access locations, the cleaning process focused on both visible debris and fine particulate matter. Special attention was given to horizontal surfaces, furnishings, trim, fixtures, and other areas where construction dust commonly accumulates.
Industrial air cleaning equipment remained in operation throughout the project to help capture airborne particles and support indoor air quality. The result was a cleaner, healthier living environment ready for normal day-to-day use.
