Absolutely amazing experience with Post Green!
After my apartment ceiling collapsed, I was completely overwhelmed by the dust, debris, and the mess everywhere. I was nervous about whether any cleaning company could truly handle it—but Post Green completely blew me away.
From the very first call, Jack was friendly, responsive, and professional. He took the time to fully understand the situation and clearly explained what he and his team would do, along with a cost breakdown (which I found to be very fair). We were able to schedule the cleaning quickly and easily.
On the day of the job, they arrived right on time, used all new cleaning supplies, wore shoe covers, and were extremely respectful of my space—all while delivering a level of care and detail and care that truly impressed me.
They didn’t just clean—they restored my apartment. Every single nook and cranny was spotless. I was especially worried about my brand new sneakers that were under the collapse. I thought they were ruined for good, but they somehow made them look brand new again. I have no idea how, but I’m so grateful!
One of the things I appreciated most was that they didn’t reorganize my stuff or move things around unnecessarily. They put everything back exactly how I had it, down to the smallest details. They even chopped my pillows like a hotel would! It was honestly such a nice touch.
They were also extremely communicative throughout, finished ahead of schedule, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. They also took all their trash with them and left the space truly spotless.
