Of course the lead abatement company swore up and down that the place would be clean, and as we predicted there was noticeable dust everywhere, and we were concerned for the health of our infant. Jack was the person we had the most interaction with to set everything up. He was incredibly attuned to our needs, responsive, kind and determined to make us happy. The cleaners did a thorough job, responded to our requests and made us feel safe in our home. They knew what they were getting into following a lead abatement. “I first contacted Jack after having drywall construction / mold removal done in my apartment — there was dust and debris all over my walls and belongings. The situation was so bad I had to temporarily move out of my unit. It was complete chaos. I could not be in the unit without a mask on due to all the debris.
I honestly can’t imagine a better service. Jack is a true pro — knowledgeable, courteous, detail oriented, and overall amazing to work with. He specializes in post construction and deep cleaning. He can analyze the specific type of dust or debris you’re dealing with and knows exactly what works (and what doesn’t work) to remedy it. Jack first came by himself to analyze my apartment and helped formulate a plan of action before I even hired him (it felt more like working with a high end consulting firm more so than a cleaning service).
Post Green Cleaning uses the best cleaning products and equipment. Jack assigned two people to clean for the day who were absolutely amazing. He stopped by himself to check on progress and both him and his employees updated me on the progress along the way. They cleaned all the surfaces: floor, walls, ceilings, and ALL my belongings that were covered in dust. It was like coming home to a new apartment.
This is not your regular NYC cleaning service; I feel so fortunate to have found them. They made my apartment livable again after a construction disaster. I wouldn’t have even known where to begin cleaning this kind of mess up myself. Jack brought in an industrial HEPA air scrubber, numerous amazing cleaning products (nothing toxic) and made it so after a day of cleaning I was able to spend the night in my apt again. It’s so hard to find businesses that care this much about their work, are sensitive to their customers situations and really go the extra mile to make sure their clients are happy. Jack, thanks again for all the help!”
